Here, you’ll find all the information you need about our guidelines and procedures, designed to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all our guests.

We kindly ask that you review our policies before your appointment to help us maintain the high standards and relaxing environment you expect from us. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation, and we look forward to welcoming you as our guest soon!
Cancellation Policy
Out of respect for our stylists’ time, we kindly request at least 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or reschedules.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 48 hours' notice will be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service total.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we may be unable to accommodate your full service, and a cancellation fee will apply.
Please note: All deposits are non-transferable and will be forfeited in the event of a no-show or a cancellation outside of our 48-hour policy.

To ensure proper documentation, all cancellations must be submitted through our online booking system or in direct response to your text confirmation.
We do not accept cancellations via voicemail, Instagram messages, or DMs.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding—this policy is in place to honor the time of both our artists and guests on our waitlist.
Refund Policy
There are NO REFUNDS on any hair or extension services. Hair care can be exchanged within 30 days for an item of the same value as long as no more than 10% of the product has been used or if the product packaging is defective.
Children Policy
To our amazing clientele, It’s no secret that we love you and your minis. With the salon space and busy staff, having children under the age of 12 poses unique and previously unforeseen challenges. Unfortunately we cannot assure their safety in the salon— we have hot tools, chemical products, sharp objects and no facilities to care for your children while you are in our hands.
We kindly ask that you do not bring children under the age of 12 to accompany you during your services. It is in everyone's best interest that children stay safe and out of harms way. Your understanding is greatly appreciated. Client's who bring children to their appointment without alternate care for them while receiving a service may be asked to reschedule and a late cancel fee will apply.
No Pet Policy
At J.Lorraine Salon, we prioritize the comfort, safety, and well-being of all our clients. To maintain a clean and relaxing environment for everyone, we have a strict no-pet policy. We kindly ask that you refrain from bringing pets into the salon. The only exception to this policy is service animals as defined by applicable laws. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us create the best experience for all our guests.
